Who are your district leaders?
Welcome to the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics – Northern Area District (CAND NAD)!
We are a vibrant community of Registered Dietitians, Nutrition and Dietetic Technicians, students, and nutrition advocates working together to advance health and wellness across Northern California. Our mission is to empower our communities through food and nutrition, advocate for the dietetic profession, and serve the public by promoting optimal health and well-being.
As a district, we offer members opportunities to connect, learn, and lead. From continuing education webinars and networking mixers to student-focused events and community outreach, NAD creates spaces where professionals and future dietitians can grow and thrive. We are committed to building a supportive network that inspires innovation, celebrates diversity, and strengthens the role of nutrition in every setting.
