Job Description: We have 120 acute beds and 120 CLC beds. Our robust team includes an Executive Chef, Informatics RD, and 4 Cook Supervisors. We’re on a Veteran Centered Dining journey, with strong support from the leadership that has brought us from cook-chill convenience to cook-serve scratch cooking with the next stop select menus and final destination of Room Service. Our most recent menu push has been to adjust our recipes to spread across as many diets as possible without sacrificing flavor or texture for regular diets. Our team is highly engaged and supportive of one another and pushes together for enhanced Veteran Service. Telework approved 1d/week with additional time approved with advance request.
