We are excited to bring you another virtual CEU opportunity with a presentation on wellness-based therapies.

Wellness-Based Therapies with protocols and supplements that are effective in managing weight loss, women’s hormones, metabolism, and toxicity

Thursday, April 20th at 6:00pm via Zoom (registration closes Tuesday, April 18th) CEU: 1.0 unit

Objectives:Participants will be able to:

1. Increase awareness about the types of supplements needed to support the body when dealing with toxicity, weight loss, hormones & slow metabolism.
2. Improve the health of the participants by using the right support to minimize symptoms & optimize wellness.

Speaker Bio: Sahar Berjis is a Dietitian, Nutrition coach & CEO of Inner Health Wellness. She has been in practice for more than 20 years and currently incorporates functional & traditional nutrition at Inner health wellness to help her clients become successful in their wellness journey. All her programs are geared to help clients get well by looking at the whole-body approach and provide resources to help them feel good and keep that success going. She has been a speaker at different universities and nutritional conferences including the John Muir speaker series, NYU, Columbia, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Homeless Association, New Jersey Nutrition Conference, addressing the importance of nutrition. In 2000, she published a children’s book by the name of Lili’s Strawberry House. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking & spending time with her three angels. She is a Certified Kids Yoga instructor through Yoga Karma in NYC and loves teaching yoga to kids.
