January is Thyroid Awareness Month! Please join us for a webinar event for an opportunity to learn about the role of nutrition and thyroid health. The Northern Area District (NAD) will be hosting this 90-minute webinar via Zoom (1.5 CPEU pending). This event is free for all NAD members. Alisha Knicely, RDN, IFNcP will discuss comprehensive dietary strategies for managing hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s.
