Join us for our “Coffee Extraction, Research and Tasting” CEU Event at Holsem Coffee in North Park, San Diego.
The workshop will start promptly at 5:15 pm.
After attending this workshop, you will be able to understand the differences between the different coffee extraction methods and how they impact the flavor and nutritional content. Additionally, you’ll be informed of the latest research regarding coffee consumption and its impact on health status. Finally, you’ll be able to taste the different kinds of coffees*, such as pour over, cold brew and espresso, to practice detecting flavor notes and acidity in coffee drinks. 1 CEU provided, pending approval.

*All coffee served will be decaf, since this event takes place in the evening.
