The California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (CAND) is thrilled to announce the launch of our Policy Ambassador Program. We are looking for passionate RDNs, NDTRs, students, and interns to join a powerful grassroots network dedicated to strengthening nutrition advocacy and legislative impact.

As an Ambassador, you won’t just be a member; you’ll be a leader. Our program is designed to:

• Strengthen Grassroots Advocacy: Build a presence in every California district.
• Build Leadership Capacity: Gain the skills to navigate the legislative process confidently.
• Champion Evidence-Based Care: Support bills that protect nutrition health and secure reimbursement for vital services.
• Increase Visibility: Ensure RDNs and NDTRs are recognized as the premier experts in health and nutrition.
