ADA:
Outstanding Dietetic Student
The purpose of the outstanding student
awards program is to recognize the emerging leadership and achievement
of students in ADA-accredited and approved dietetics education programs
and encourage their participation in The American Dietetic Association.
|
ADA:
Outstanding Dietetic Educator
The purpose of the Outstanding Dietetic
Educator Award program is to recognize the teaching, mentoring, and
leadership activities of faculty and preceptors in CADE-accredited and
approved dietetics education programs. |
ADA:
Young Dietetic Professionals
The purpose of the RYDY, RDTY and Emerging
Dietetic Leader Awards are to recognize the competence and activities of
younger dietitians in The American Dietetic Association and to encourage
their continued participation in Association affairs. |
Dolores Nyhus Memorial Award
This is the highest award that a CDA member
can receive in honor of the late Dolores Nyhus. This award is given to
an outstanding dietitian in California who has given exemplary service
to CDA via district, or state. |
Crystal
Award
Awarded to state volunteer(s) for the
development and progress toward a state goal or activity. |
Practice Awards
Carol Hayes Torio Excellence in Management,
Excellence in Education, Excellence in Clinical Dietetics, Excellence in
Research, Excellence in Community Nutrition, Excellence in Technical
Practice, Excellence in Private Practice, Business or Communication |
Meritorious Service Award
This award is given to a non-ADA/CDA individual
or company for exceptional service or support of the profession. Previous
winners are not eligible for this Award. |
Friends of CDA Award
Awarded to corporation, media or others who
have made exceptional contribution to CDA, but are not eligible for the
Meritorious Service Award. |
